1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Real Estate Marketing AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro subscription charge.

What's Covered:

• First-time subscribers: Full refund if you cancel within 14 days
• No questions asked: We won't make you jump through hoops or explain why
• Fast processing: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

What's NOT Covered:

• Cancellations after 14 days (you can cancel anytime, but no refund)
• Recurring monthly charges (each charge starts a new 14-day window)
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

3. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Here's how:

Option 1: Cancel via Stripe

1. Check your email for the Stripe receipt from your last payment
2. Click "Manage your billing information"
3. Select "Cancel subscription"

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to promptprofitstudio@gmail.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. We'll handle it within 24 hours.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. For example:

• If you cancel on Day 20 of a 30-day billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 10 days
• Your access will continue until the end of the paid period

Exception: The 14-day money-back guarantee overrides this—you'll get a full refund regardless of usage within the first 14 days.

5. Free Tier Policy

Our free tier (5 listings per month) has no charges and therefore no refunds. If you've only used the free tier and never subscribed to Pro, there's nothing to refund.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks harm small businesses and may result in your account being permanently banned.

If there's a billing error or unauthorized charge, we'll resolve it quickly—just email promptprofitstudio@gmail.com.

7. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experienced prolonged service outages (e.g., the Service was down for 48+ consecutive hours), contact us. We may offer:

• A prorated refund for the downtime
• Extra free credits
• An extended subscription period

Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people—reach out and we'll make it right.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If we make significant changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email.
